I admire the typist's dedication in the face of grave danger!
He's a nutter that's fer shur! (What I can't figure out is why the postcard shows no 'bendy evidence' of having been squashed thru a typewriter.)
Love it! Some machines seem to handle heavy stock better - maybe a standard machine instead of a portable?I'm impressed that the USPS came through on the delivery. I hope it gave the carrier a chuckle.
I know who is sending 'em and I think I recall that he has a Royal KMG. That may be the machine being used for these cards. I hope our "MailMan Dave" is being entertained. He's a good guy.
I suspect that any card-curling could be undone by running the same card back through the typewriter, but facing the opposite direction (picture-out, instead of picture-in.)Just a suspicion, mind you.
I'll have to try that on some of my machines. Most of 'em don't handle thicker paper (like cardstock) too well, so I have my doubts that a postcard is going to work. We shall see . . .
